What is the minimum order?
From 50–100 pieces per design for most products made in the EU: magnets, keychains from 50; rosaries, medals, candles, bottles, pins from 100; holy cards from 250 per language; textiles from 30; plush from 300. Pilgrim kits from 30–50 sets.
How long does it take?
Free mock-ups in 2–5 working days. EU production in 2–3 weeks for most products, 3–4 weeks for medals and pins. Pilgrim kits in 10–15 working days. Large runs in Asia 6–8 weeks plus shipping.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the product, material and quantity. You receive a written price per piece within two working days of your request.
Do you bless the goods?
No. Blessing is arranged by the shrine or your priest.
Can you use the official logo of our shrine or diocese?
Only if you own it or have written permission. Without it we design from the architecture, the place name and traditional symbols.
Do you sell stock items?
Our business is goods made for you. We can add simple unbranded items to an order, but we do not run a stock catalogue.
Where is everything made?
Design in Poland; production with partners in the EU for small and urgent runs and with partners in Asia for large runs. The quote states where your order is made.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
Yes, worldwide. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Do you work for all faiths?
Yes, and we follow the rules of each: no figurative images for Muslim buyers, no leather for Hindu temples, canon-faithful icons for Orthodox monasteries.
Do you sell to Russia or Belarus?
No.
How do we pay?
Usually 50 % on order and 50 % before dispatch, by bank transfer in euro.
Can we get a sample?
Yes, a pre-production sample in 7–10 days; its cost is credited against the order.
