Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
From 50–100 pieces per design for most products made in the EU: magnets and keychains from 50, rosaries, medals and candles from 100, holy cards from 250. Pilgrim kits from 30–50 sets. Several designs and products can go into one order.
How long does production take?
Mock-ups in 2–5 working days. Production in the EU takes 2–3 weeks from approved artwork for most products, 3–4 weeks for struck medals and enamel pins. Pilgrim kits are packed in 10–15 working days. Add delivery time.
Do you bless the goods?
No. We manufacture devotional goods; blessing is a matter for the shrine or your priest, usually done at the shrine or before the pilgrimage leaves.
Can you use the shrine’s official logo or coat of arms?
Only if you own it or the shrine gives written permission. Many sanctuaries, dioceses and the Holy See protect their emblems. We design with architecture, the place name and traditional symbols, which need no licence.
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide. Inside the EU by courier or pallet in a few days; outside the EU by courier or freight, with export documents prepared by us. Import duties at destination are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Digital mock-ups are free; a physical pre-production sample is ready in 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order.
