Start from the journey
A day pilgrimage needs little: a scarf or cap and a badge. A week-long journey by air needs a bag that fits under a seat, an ID lanyard with the guide’s number and a booklet with the prayers of each day.
Visible, light, useful
The colour of the scarf or cap matters more than the logo: guides look for colour in a crowd. Everything must fit in hand luggage. Skip anything that needs batteries or breaks easily.
The keepsake
One item should outlast the trip: a rosary, tasbih or mala in a pouch with the shrine’s name, or a medal with the year. Pilgrims keep these for decades.
Numbers and timing
Order 5–10 % more kits than registered pilgrims. Allow four weeks before departure inside the EU, six to eight for delivery further away.
Packing
Ask for kits packed per person in a bag or box, labelled with the group name — or each pilgrim’s name, if you send a list.
